• All products are sold unstitched unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard taxes, unless stated.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

 2. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or phone after checkout.
• Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days within Pakistan.
• Delivery time may vary during sales, Eid, or public holidays.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services.

 3. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer exchange only in case of a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
• Returned products must be unused, unstitched, and in original packaging.
• Customized, stitched, or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

 4. Payments

We offer the following secure payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in most cities across Pakistan
• Bank Transfer – Details shared upon request
• Online Payment Gateways (if enabled)

All payment transactions are processed securely.

 5. Images & Descriptions

• We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and colors are accurate.
• However, colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
• Embellishments, tassels, or accessories shown in photos are styling props only unless mentioned.

 6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before confirmation or dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

• We do not share your personal information with third parties.
