Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Book with obvious signs of use.

• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. (For fashion products, trying on the item to check size/fit is acceptable and still considered unworn.)

• The product must include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.

• The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Fatimahussain.pk packaging/box, the same must be returned.

• Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within the timelines below.

Refund Methods & Timelines:

⚠️ Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email us at Info@fatimahussain.pk and send your item to our return address.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

• If not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.

Advance Shipping

On purchases above 7,000 PKR, delivery charges must be paid in advance.

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, mail it to our provided return address.

• No return charges apply, but you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

• For expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
